Whit Monday or Pentecost Monday

We decided to go to the Ardennes yesterday. It was fun. Finally a long weekend together.

We did some Kayaking on the Lesse river near Dinant. It was really great. We didn't get wet until one woman stood in our way. We had to avoid her and the kayak fell over. Unfortunately we don't have picures of this boattrip, but we do have some impressions of the area.

Sitges

We had a very nice time in Sitges, where we stayed with our friend Joop, his son Thomas and his friend Pedro.




Unfortunately the weather was not great. On Monday it was cloudy and cold. We explored Sitges and surrounding area.

On Tuesday we went by train to Barcelona. We were lucky, as the trains were free this time. We had a nice stroll along La Rambla, looking at the tourists, the living statues and visiting a nice market, where we had some very tasty food.





Wednesday (Queensday in Holland) the weather was nice again. Joop, Thomas and us went to the beach and had a nice time there. Joop's appartment has a beautiul garden with swimmingpool, so after the beach we did some swimming in the pool.




Unfortunately we had to leave again on Thursday. We had a great time in Sitges, with thanks to Joop!

A lazy Sunday

What a lazy day today. We slept in late and watched 'Boiling Points' day at MTV. Than checked out some weblogs of our friends and decided to make one ourselves.
